At DTU Wind and Energy Systems, we offer scientific advice to governments and public organizations worldwide. Over the past years, our engagement has grown, and we are looking for an academic employee to assist in coordinating our international scientific advice activities.
The job
The position includes two main areas of responsibility. Firstly, for our international scientific advice and research-based consultancy you will support managing tender materials such as project references, CVs, legal requirements etc., to screen for market opportunities, assist in managing a portfolio of technical assistance projects in Denmark and abroad, and to promote our offerings at relevant. Secondly, you will be part of the secretariat of the IEA Wind TCP, which coordinates an international network for wind energy research and innovation under the International Energy Agency. For the IEA Wind secretariat your job will consist in contributing to the daily management and operations of the secretariat, including preparation and follow-up from meetings, coordination with members, assistance in the preparation of the IEA Wind TCP annual report. International travel may be part of the job.
Our expectations of you
You have an academic degree (Business Economics & Administration, Communication or equivalent). You are open-minded, structured, and have excellent communication skills in English. Preferably you have some experience in organizing workshops and events.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). You are employed as an Academic Officer.
The position is a full-time position for a 2-year period from October 2023 to September 2025. Starting date is October 1, 2023 (or according to mutual agreement).
The workplace is DTU Risø Campus, Roskilde.
